TERMS AND SERVICES
by commissioning me, you agree to my terms & servicesYou must be +18, and willing to prove your age if needed.
General
‣ Do not commission me if you're in a tight financial situation.
‣ I expect good communication while the commission is worked on
‣ Turn around time varies, but up to 3 months
Payment and Refunds‣ Payment is done via Paypal invoices, currency is euros (€). Payment is upfront.
‣ No partial payment plans unless you're a familiar commissioner.
‣ Refunds for completed pieces aren't possible. For WIPs the refund amount is based on the progress of the piece. (Sketch, lined, colored etc.)
‣ I have the right to reject a commission inquiry for any reason.
Image Rights and Usage‣ I reserve the rights to use my art and upload it on the social media platforms unless requested otherwise.
‣ Do not remove the watermark on the commissioned piece.
‣ You may not use the commissioned piece in commerical use or profit from it.
‣ Commissioner may use the artwork as an icon, wallpaper etc. As long as credits are given.
